Phase 1 — Real Prop Firm MVP (next 4–6 weeks)

Section titled “Phase 1 — Real Prop Firm MVP (next 4–6 weeks)”

The main product. Shipping in this order:

  • Landing page + docs rewrite around the new real-broker story — live
  • proovly-main Worker on Cloudflare — D1 database proovly-main, ingestion endpoints, rules engine, graduation flow
  • Proovly MT5 EA in MQL5 — read-only stats reporter, 5–10s heartbeats, offline queue, self-hash tamper check
  • ChallengePayment.sol — USDC-on-Base entry-fee contract with on-chain event indexing
  • Challenge dashboard — React island in Astro, live equity chart, rule status cards, EA download
  • Public leaderboard/leaderboard route with WebSocket updates via Durable Object
  • IB click tracking — per-broker signup link attribution
  • EloRegistry.sol deployed to Base mainnet — on-chain reputation layer live
  • End-to-end smoke test on a RoboForex demo account
  • Soft launch to waitlist Genesis tier
  • Target: first 50 real challenges run start-to-finish, first handful of graduations manually operator-handled

Phase 2 — Scale & Automation (months 2–4 after Phase 1 launch)

Section titled “Phase 2 — Scale & Automation (months 2–4 after Phase 1 launch)”

Once Phase 1 is proven with real traders:

  • Gray Label upgrade — negotiate direct Gray Label with RoboForex or Exness using Phase 1 volume as leverage, unlocking automated account creation APIs
  • Automated graduation flow — seeded account creation via broker API, no operator in the loop
  • Copy-trading layer — passed traders can publish their seeded account as a copyable strategy; investors copy on their own broker accounts, traders earn commission
  • 60-min crypto side product — revive the parked EntryEscrow.sol and game-engine Worker, ship as a parallel product for a crypto-native audience
  • Additional broker partners — third broker onboarded to widen jurisdictional coverage
  • Dedicated operator dashboard — internal tools to manage flagged challenges, manual reviews, payouts

Phase 3 — Expansion (months 4–8 after Phase 1 launch)

Section titled “Phase 3 — Expansion (months 4–8 after Phase 1 launch)”
  • Higher tier challenges ($199 Platinum, $499 Diamond) with correspondingly larger seeded accounts
  • Long-duration challenges (2-week and 4-week variants) for traders who want slower, steadier tests
  • Team challenges — multi-trader challenges where a group must collectively hit a target
  • Fiat on-ramp via Paystack/NGN and Stripe for jurisdictions where crypto is awkward
  • Offshore entity formation once revenue justifies legal spend (~$5k–15k)
  • Copy-trading commission market — subscribers discover traders by on-chain ELO and performance history
  • Real third-party audit of the ELO and payment contracts
  • On-chain seeded-account reputation — publish seeded-account monthly P&L summaries to Base so the market can price traders
  • Cross-platform ELO — a standard that other prop firms, funds, and copy-trade platforms can read directly
  • Multi-asset classes — extend challenges to specific trader specialisations (forex-only, metals-only, index-only)

To keep Phase 1 shippable, these are parked:

  • Gray Label integration (Phase 2)
  • Copy-trading layer (Phase 2)
  • Multi-account seeded accounts — one seeded account per passed trader in Phase 1
  • 60-min crypto side product launch — code is parked in crypto-side-product/, revived in Phase 2
  • Mobile app — the web PWA is fine
  • Automated broker account creation — manual in Phase 1, automated post-Gray Label
  • Multi-language — English only at launch
  • Legal entity formation — deferred until revenue justifies
