- Copy-trading layer — passed traders can publish their seeded account as a copyable strategy; investors copy on their own broker accounts, traders earn commission
- 60-min crypto side product — revive the parked

- Long-duration challenges (2-week and 4-week variants) for traders who want slower, steadier tests
- Team challenges — multi-trader challenges where a group must collectively hit a target
- Fiat on-ramp via Paystack/NGN and Stripe for jurisdictions where crypto is awkward
- Offshore entity formation once revenue justifies legal spend (~$5k–15k)
- Copy-trading commission market — subscribers discover traders by on-chain ELO and performance history
- Real third-party audit of the ELO and payment contracts
Phase 4 and beyond (loose)
Section titled “Phase 4 and beyond (loose)”- On-chain seeded-account reputation — publish seeded-account monthly P&L summaries to Base so the market can price traders
- Cross-platform ELO — a standard that other prop firms, funds, and copy-trade platforms can read directly
- Multi-asset classes — extend challenges to specific trader specialisations (forex-only, metals-only, index-only)

- Gray Label integration (Phase 2)
- Copy-trading layer (Phase 2)
- Multi-account seeded accounts — one seeded account per passed trader in Phase 1
- 60-min crypto side product launch — code is parked in
crypto-side-product/, revived in Phase 2 - Mobile app — the web PWA is fine
- Automated broker account creation — manual in Phase 1, automated post-Gray Label
- Multi-language — English only at launch
- Legal entity formation — deferred until revenue justifies
